Dear Principals and Child Safety Officers,

We are pleased to announce new ONLINE Mandatory Child Safety Training sessions for February 2025. Additional sessions will be scheduled throughout the year, and each will be announced via email. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folders and add us to your safe senders list to avoid missing updates.

These 2.5-hour sessions are mandatory for any NEW teachers, volunteers, committee members, or staff members at your school who have NOT YET completed their child safety training with CLV.

Important Notes for Attendees:

• Valid Working with Children Check: Participants MUST have a CURRENT and VALID Working with Children Check card.
• Camera Requirement: Cameras must remain ON throughout the session to ensure engagement and participation.
• Full Name on Zoom: Participants must use their full name on Zoom to ensure attendance is recorded; those without proper identification may be removed from the session.
• Training Validity: Staff who completed a CLV Child Safety Training session after July 2022 are already current in their training and do not need to register or attend.

We highly encourage you to register your new staff and volunteers for these sessions to ensure your school meets all child safety compliance requirements for the year ahead.
