Dear Principals and School Leaders,
I hope this message finds you well.
It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that due to the sudden and unexpected passing of Mr. Stefan Romaniw, OAM the Executive Director of Community Languages Victoria, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the upcoming conference scheduled for this Saturday.
We understand that many of you had booked tickets and made arrangements to attend. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working to reschedule the conference in September during the school holidays.
You have the following options regarding your tickets:
- Refund: If you prefer, we can process a full refund for your purchased tickets.
- Reservation: You may choose to reserve your tickets for the rescheduled conference in September.
Please reply to this email with your preferred options. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time for our community.
